How can I access the building and apartment?
We have guest apartments in three different buildings. All of the buildings have smart access systems – the doors are opened using a personal digital code. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a code to you by SMS and e-mail which will be activated at 14:00 on your day of arrival and deactivated at 12:00 on your day of departure. This code will open the building’s main door, the hallway door and the apartment door. You will be informed of your building (B, C or D) and apartment number along with the digital code. The code also allows access to the shared laundry facilities on the first floor of the building.
Do I have to pay to use the washing machines?
No. Use of the washing machines is free of charge for residents. You can access the laundry using the same code you use to access the apartment. You can use the washing machines according to availability. Please be considerate when using the machines and think about other guests as well – don’t leave your clothes in the machine for extended periods. The laundry is not meant for storing personal items.
You need to have your own detergents to use the washers.
Where can I park?
We have parking spaces around our buildings. Parking spaces are not personal and cannot be pre-booked. The spaces are used on a first come, first served basis.

Only by our approval. Let us know, if you have a pet with you and we’ll find a solution.
Are there kitchen utilites in the apartment?
Basic kitchen has a small fridge and heater stove. For dishes (plates, forks etc) – these we will supply on request and upon the availability.
